My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room had a lovely sea view and was equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, and plenty of storage space. However, it wasn't ready upon our arrival despite informing them in advance. The location was great, very close to Cleopatra beach and the city center, making it convenient for sightseeing and relaxing by the beach. I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms looked lovely, but ours wasn't ready when we arrived after 13:00, despite calling ahead. They did have air con, a fridge, and plenty of storage space once we settled in.
